Finally Got Relief

I began taking this product this year, as my doctor suggested that I take this for extra help in loosening congestion in my upper chest. He also noted that it may help to relieve the urge to smoke as well. I have taken it as he prescribed. It has helped both, without the high cost of prescriptions.
I do prefer Lobelia rather than chemical based products. I am so glad my doctor knew this. I only take one caplet with food each day, rather than dosage used on the label.
Nature's Way has good trusted products, and is affordable. I would suggest consulting your doctor before taking any over the counter medicines as well.
