Being on various medications and also a "weekend warrior", I was naturally concerned about my liver. A few years ago, my doctor told me to take it easy. I listened, and did so, but I also remembered Milk Thistle. Many companies have varying amounts of Silymarin in their capsules, and you never know who you can trust. This is a quality product from a quality company. There are no side effects and seemingly only benefits. Over the time of taking this as directed , my liver function has flourished. To quote my doctor, my liver functions are now "excellent".

I trust this company and believe that standardization is important with my supplements. My husbands liver enzyme's were 4 times normal when he started to take Milk Thistle Vcaps. Within 6 months, they had dropped to almost normal. I like the price too, very economical.
