Pills a good alternative to tea...

My herbalist recommended this to me for my asthma. I did seem to have fewer and less severe attacks while taking it. I started out with tea, but sometimes there just isn't enough time for that, so I tried the pills. They helped almost as much, but I think that the soothing effect of hot tea is worth the extra bother if you can do it. This is great, though, for most people's schedules. I had to stop taking it due to some meds I am on, and my asthma seems to be suffering for it. I'd buy it again if I could.
