realy helps with chest congestion

I have asthma and anytime I get a chest cold I get asthma symptoms. I take mullein as it supports healthy lung function and helps to keep my chest clear. I do not like taking alot of the asthma drugs out there due to side effects especially my heart racing so this product is must have in my arsenal.

I have asthma which is exacerbated only when I get a chest cold or upper respiratory infection. I do not like taking inhalers as they have many side effects. this is one of the natural remedies I use to help clear my lungs. If you read up on it you will find that it is useful in this regard. I have used this particular brand as I have found the price is right as well.
