I take guarana on a regular basis, better than drinking coffee or soda all day. I use this brand and the Puritan's Pride brand, I would say equal in quality, but guarana, a life saver when one needs that caffeine boost, and it is all natural, gotta love it.

Both my husband and myself have been using this natural supplement for years to boost our energy levels. Our experience has been that there are no side effects and it is equal to two cups of strong coffee without the sour stomach or jittery feeling. Thumbs up from this Family!

While one probably shouldn't be taking any major energy supplement like caffeine or guarana too much, this is the way to go if you are having a serious slump. Just be careful, or you may find yourself shaky and jittery... But it can help if you need an appetite suppressant.
