When I travel, all I'm able to eat is mostly fast food because I rather not linger in a spot for long. I would take these pills because they covered me with many of the vitamins I needed.
Covers Lots of Ground

I recommend alfalfa to those who need a variety of support and do not want to take many different things. It helps cleanse the bowels, supports the pituitary gland, provides lots of minerals to the body, even calcium, helps digestion and supports allergy relief, to name a few. That is what I call covering lots of ground.

I really don't have a whole lot to say about these. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Alfalfa is a great whole food supplement, but does not taste very good. The capsule form makes it very easy to take, even for someone who does not care for the green food taste.
