This is supposed to be healthy for the urinary tract, but so is Cranberry Juice. I have taken this a couple times, but haven't noticed any difference in my frequency of urination or coloration.


Nettle for allergies

I have tried this in the spring for allergies and it works great. I read on Dr. Andrew Weil's natural healing website that it was good for allergies. Just start taking it a couple weeks before allergy season. It isn't something you'd want to take all the time. So after allergy season, I quit taking it.
