Have to be consistent and it works great

This helps so much with my allergies (my naturapathic doctor recommended it) but it took a long time to make a noticeable difference. I was on my second bottle when I started to see a decrease in my symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes, congestion). If you're not consistent, the results aren't very good - so take it as directed every day to get the most out of it!
