Great for many things

These tablets are great for several different things. My mother in law suffers from acidity but greatly controls it with nopal. Nopal has agents in it that help balance the PH levels in the stomach and makes the digestion of spicy and tangy food a whole lot easier. That is her main reason for taking this herb. Suprisingly, there are many others as well. For instance, nopal supplies her body with extra fiber and also helps control her blood sugar levels. She swears by this herb and feels that one day without it is really noticeable.

Not only does Nopal have great beneficial nutrients, especially for low blood sugar, Nopals are very rich in insoluble and especially soluble dietary fiber for your digestion. They are also rich in many vitamins; vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, but also riboflavin and vitamin B6, and many natural minerals, especially magnesium, potassium, and manganese, and iron and copper also. I take Nopal as an all around beneficial health incentive...priced very reasonable.
