It Can't Hurt

My grandmother’s miracle chicken soup recipe always included fresh parsley. I know for a fact that this soup did indeed create miracles as I learned to make it and watched friends who were ill resuscitate after eating it. Parsley has also been used as a diuretic, as a preventative for kidney stones and, due to its high content of chlorophyll, is useful for bad breath. So as my grandmother would say, “It can’t hurt.”
