Helped me relax

When I was going through a particularly stressful time, I developed a case of insomnia, so I did some reading online and found that passion flower was useful in helping overcome sleeplessness, so I decided to give it a try. I found this product to help relax me and I was able to get back to a somewhat normal sleeping pattern. It also helped calm me during the day, helping to curb some minor anxiety I was experiencing. I highly recommend passionflower for anyone who's having trouble sleeping, especially those who can't "turn their brain" off at night, which keeps them awake.
