My mother recently had gallstones removed. The gallstones were painful and not something she wanted to have to go through again. Her doctor told her that their reoccurence was very possible and recommended peppermint oil as a way to help increase bile flow. Since then, my mom has been taking these softgels twice a day. It has now been about five years and she has not had a repeat of those gallstones as of yet. She's very happy with this product and stocks up at her local drugstore!

Pepogest peppermint oil consistently reduces the gastro-intestinal pains resulting from my IBS. It has a pleasant taste in tea and/or hot water, so it is not painful to get the fast relief peppermint oil provides.
