Good results by Lorrie

My daughter takes Nature's Way Red Raspberry Leaves as an aid to menstrual cramps. She said it really helps ease them and relax her spasms. As an added bonus she said her fingernails have gradually gotten stronger so I am going to start taking Red Raspberry Leaves just for the stronger nails benefit.
Many uses by Anne

Nature's Way red raspberry capsules are wonderful to help women who have menstrual cramps or intestinal spasms. It decreases menstrual bleeding and cramping. An added bonus is it also promotes healthy nails, teeth, bones and skin. It's also a good source of vitamin C. I take it to help my nails get stonger and to help protect my bones. I like that you can take these capsules when fresh raspberries are out of season to keep the health benefits all year long.
Made Labor a Bit Easier by Traci Anderson

I did a lot of research to find out ways to make it easier and found that numerous women suggested taking Red Raspberry supplements to help "ripen" the cervix in preparation for labor. While I can't be certain if it worked or not, I can tell you that I had an extremely easy (and almost pain-free) two hour labor and delivery.
