I use Alfalfa when I get pain in my lower back due to exercising. I take some capsules at night and by the next day, the pain is gone. It works better than anything I've ever tried, even taking Ibuprofen or something. I like that it's natural and not a medication. I've read that alfalfa sprouts are good for your joints but due to the ecol i scare; I don't like to eat them. These capsules are a great substitute for sprouts.
