Good choice

Alfalfa is the best part of my salad but I can't possibly carry them overseas when I travel. I don't think I can pass the security check with them. I bought this when I traveled last time (December 2006 and I'm still taking as of today). Although not as good as the ones I put in my salad, this can be a good replacement. I carry them in my purse now and when I have a craving, I'll pop one in my mouth. I know the dosage is up to three times a day but I did go beyond that number (I do not recommend. Please follow the direction on the bottle. It works for me but each individual person may have a different effect).

Alfalfa is very good for your health but i really hate eating it. These tablets really don't taste that bad and they are really good for you. Ive had other types of alfalfa tablets before and to be honest with you they have tasted horrible. I'm not saying that these are the best tasting things but they are sooooo much better than the competition. These are really good for you and if you just take one to two a day they can help a lot in the long run. Overall these are a good value for the money and are not that bad.
Great Natural supplement

I love alfalfa, especially in my salad. My husband and my daughter however, simply hate the taste of it, so I got them the solaray organic alfalfa instead. Alfalfa is really good for your health. It contains a wide array of vitamins and minerals and is the best natural source for protein.
However beware ... I have heard that for some people Alfalfa may also cause an upset stomach and diarrhea.
It never happened to me and my family though. I just want to put it out there. Other than that it's really a great, pure herb.
Organic Alfalfa

I choose this brand especially because it's organic, but also for the price point. It's great to have an alternative to fresh alfalfa, because we seem to have a hard time eating it. Most of the time, it goes to waste in the vegetable drawer. This is much easier for us to use.
