This product came to my rescue when I had joint pains. I have been taking been taking it for quite sometime and I like it. The only problem I have is that you have to take it too often, 4-5x every day, which is way too much. In all it works and it also relieved my stiff joints.
Alfalfa

Alfalfa is great for your joints and especially for lower back pain. Whenever we over-do it on yard work or other activity, and have some back pain, we take a couple of these Alfalfa tabs before bed and the next day the pain is gone. Alfalfa nourishes your joints if you have arthritis too, so I take them at other times to help with wrist and joint pain.
