Good Vitamin C Product

I have always taken vitamin C. I take extra when I am getting sick but generally take vitamin C as a preventative measure to fight off germs. I took this product for about 5 months. I went with this particular brand because Puritan's Pride has great products at great prices. I generally took 1 vitamin a day. The best part of this product was the taste! There wasn't any drawbacks to this product; it tasted good and kept me healthy. I did buy this product several times, but have run across another product that I like slightly better. If that one is not available though - this is always my next choice.

We all need anti-oxidants in our systems to prevent cell damage from free-radicals. My eye doctor recommends that I take these to help prevent cell damage to my eyes. He said it will NOT prevent cataracts but will slow down the cell damage and delay the time needed to have cataract removal. It has been several years now since I was diagnosed but he said I have a long time to go yet before my cataracts are ready to be removed. I really believe it has helped me.
