Not being able to stand the taste of sage in my cooking, I take supplements for it. It works, but having to pay $9 for 100 capsules and having to take 3 daily seems a little expensive, since I found a better deal at my local herb shop with another product. But if you can't find a better deal, than this is worth it, I suppose.
