This product has been especially benefical in my husband's prostrate health.. before he began to take it, he was up several times nightly to urinate, presumeably frrom the pressures of the enlarged prostrate.. after a couple of weeks of the Saw Palmetto that decreased and I think we are keeping things in check now.


Pretty Diluted Down

Considering what is put into this product, it is pretty good. What really makes this product potent are the fatty acids. This product only has about 1-2% of fatty acids. Personally, I would recommend a product with higher fatty acids (probably around 60-80%). This will ensure a more noticeable effect.
