Slippery Elm Bark
by kiwiquail

I have been taking Slippery Elm Bark now for 2 & 1/2 years for bowel problems and stomach ulcers. I wasn't able to take the medication subscribed for the ulcers as I was allergic to them, and the Elm has fixed my problem. I will continue taking it ...

Does a stomach good
by Brian

Slippery Elm is not something you need to take every day (at least I don’t). Rather, it’s good to use when you’ve overeaten, or eaten a poor choice of foods, and your stomach is letting you know. This settles me down in short order, and the bottle is reasonably priced when you consider how long it will last.
