Natural mood enhancer

I have suffered from depression for years and years, and have taking so may different prescriptions it is ridiculous. Some prescriptions worked for awhile only to lose their effectiveness. Some worked but with side effects I was unwilling to tolerate. Having run the gamble, I looked for a safe and natural but effective way to treat my depression. On the advice of a family member I tried St. John's Wort One Daily from Solaray . It took a couple of weeks to get in my system but works better than most prescriptions I've taken and cheaper, too. Oh and did I mention it is natural?
