Not my first choice, but worth a try

I have used St. Johns Wort for long periods of time, and I have to say that my body chemistry prefers other methods of
combating my depression. I use Kava, however, I know there are many side-effects that come along with the herb. I also know that SJW has worked very well for a number of people. I'd say try it if you're having trouble with depression and looking for a natural aid. It may work with your chemistry.
St. John's Wort liquid

I like taking the liquid form of St. John's Wort. I am prone to depression and the only "medicine" I take is St. John's Wort. I like the liquid form because I believe I absorb more of the benefits when taking it this way. I also carry the bottle in my purse so it is easily accessible.
