I love it in my coffee and fruit smoothies and fat free yogurt and berries. ! My husband has also started using it and was amazed at the amount of calories (not) in it. In the past I have used the pure stevia powder, but this is even better! I wish the American food industry would start using this product in yogurts and other low sugar items. Thanks!
