As better-for-you as this product is, don't expect to use the same amount as you do Splenda or Sweet-and-Low. Stevia is not as sweet. Also, I don't reccommend sprinkling it on food. The bitterness overpowers sweetness when tasted unmixed.

I use this product often. It is great for diabetics and those looking to lower their sugar intake. It is very sweet and does not take a lot to sweeten things up such as tea or coffee.
