Standardized Turmeric

I read about this product and decided to try it for daily stiffness and pain. I found I could cut back on ibuprofen because of it. It has many other positive properties and is widely used around the world for cooking and such. If you suffer from arthritis you should read up on this and then give it a try. The best part is no stomach side effects which nsaids have.

My husband has cystic fibrosis and is prone to infections of various sorts. A co-worker of his recommended that he take turmeric to boost his immunity and digestion. After about a week he really noticed that his digestive symptoms improved - and he started feeling generally better, less fatigued. Be warned that anything the pills touch will turn bright yellow - and it does stain. Worth the risk though - this stuff really works!


Tumeric for Alzheimer's

My boyfriend had heard that turmeric was good for Alzheimer’s prevention, something that I have always been paranoid about. After doing some research, I found that it is also useful for stomach ailments, which makes sense, considering that it is part of the ginger family. In India, it is often used as an antiseptic. Although I have not used this particular product, I would recommend the company wholeheartedly, and maybe it would also be a good thing to keep in your first aid kit!
