A stressful job makes it hard for me to get to sleep sometimes, and I don't like taking the usual over-the-counter sleep products because they leave me groggy until noon the next day. I tried this brand of Valerian because I trust the GNC name, and was not disappointed. No, it did not conk me out like a diphenhydramine product, but it also did not leave me zombie-like in the AM. It just helped me to relax and and get myself to sleep. A winner for me!
