Valerian Root-450 mg

I don't feel comfortable using medicinal remedies, so I figured I'd try a few herbal ones. I picked up this product to try, and fell in love with it! It didn't take too long to ease me off to sleep, and I wasn't groggy in the morning at all. Be warned, however, that valerian has a pungent smell. Other than that, I have no problems with this product.

Results of clinical studies have shown that Valerian root extract can help relieve insomnia, stress, and anxiety. I gave it a try and now I actually sleep through the night. I do not feel tired when I wake up in the morning.

and I highly recommend it. Although Valerian Root has an unpleasant aroma, it works wonderfully for aiding sleep and relaxation. It's non-addictive and very effective.
