Really helps

I've had doctors prescribe all kinds of things to help with sleep. Most are anti-depressants with a long list of warnings that are very scary. This brand and root really help me fall asleep and stay asleep without drowsiness in the morning. I have less anxiety attacks that I get from insomnia and PMS. I notice a difference when I try another cheaper brand. I always come back to Natures Way.

I sometimes have trouble sleeping at night and when I do I take 1 valerian capsule with a bit of water in about 15 mins I am ready to sleep it relaxes me enough so that I can doze iff and when I wake up in the morning I feel refeshed and ready to tackle my day Its not addictve and it doesnt cost alot one bottle lasts me a few months

Finally, a great nights sleep

I am so glad I found this stuff! First, taking the liquid form is very hard for me as I have a very hard time getting past the taste. These are capsules. They go right down. Next, they are great for helping me to sleep. If I'm having trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep, I take 2 and I'm sound asleep in very short order. I also suffer from anxiety at times. I take 2 capsules and within 15 minutes, I'm able to put things back in perspective as I am calmed down.
