My neighbor uses this herself as well as on her cats before car rides to the vet, a stressful situation for her pets. She thinks it is excellent as a calming aid.


Great relaxation, sleep aid

My ex-boyfriend used to have insomnia really bad. Whenever he did, I would give him this and he'd go right into a DEEP sleep. It tastes really gross. I used to dilute a full dose in water and take it like a shot, just to get it over with. It works! I used it more for general relaxation, and it is a good, very mild relaxant. TAKE THE TINCTURE! Capsules don't work as well.
