Alfalfa Nutritional Supplement

From the Manufacturer:
Alfalfa is one of the most mineral-rich plants known. This super food is high in chlorophyll, vitamins A, D, B6, E, K, calcium and phosphorus. It is also rich in phytoestrogens and contains the eight essential amino acids. Because the minerals are in a balanced natural form they are easily absorbed by the body. If you are looking for an alternative to a mineral supplement, alfalfa is a great choice

Treats menopausal symptoms
by ambreen

My mother swears by these alfalfa tablets, saying that they are a great relief for menopausal symptoms. In the begining she would get a lot of hot flashes and headaches but since she has started taking these tablets, she feels all of that has been greatly reduced.
The label on the bottle also suggests many other benefits, like help with maintaining a good cholesterol, but for my mom the help with hot flashes and headaches has been the best thus far. It is recommended to take up to six of these per day, but she only takes a couple as needed per day.
