I have been using this for months and it significantly helps relieve joint pain, especially in the early morning which is the worst. It is easy to tolerate, no side effects. As a result, I am able to increase mt activity, walking, etc. which further reduces pain. Great product!!

Along with acupuncture treatments, I have been taking this product for over six months. I no longer have pain in my hips and am totally pleased with this product. I think the flavor is great, doesn't have an after taste, and is easy to swallow!

Tried just Glucosamine before with mixed results. Definite results after about 6 weeks. Would only use products in the future that have bother Glucosamine Chondrotin.
