For 2 years, I suffered joint pain in my knees, especially the left one. Stairs were an even worse problem and since I live in a 2nd floor apartment I was considering moving to a 1st floor apartment. I had seen advertisements for Natrol Glucosamine Chondroitin and I decided to give them a try. My doctor said they would be safe to use with my prescription meds.
I started taking them with my meals and after 6 weeks I did notice a big improvement in my knees. Regular walking was less painful but climbing stairs and going down stairs was the biggest improvement. I no longer had to go "one stair at a time". I was able to walk up and down them the way I used to, one foot after the other. This was a major improvement for me. I had been considering having my groceries delivered, now I can still continue shopping and lugging them upstairs each week. I would highly recommend this product to anyone having trouble with their knees.

Well, I remember my grandmother used to take it and she didn't go anywhere without it. She says that she never came across something else as good as this product. She is been taking it for a long time, and she continues to take it.
This combo works

After suffering for years with joint pain, I wanted to try an alternative. Tried just straight Glucosamine for 3 months with mixed results. Been on this combination for 6 weeks and have a noticed a big difference in both joint movement and pain, especially in the last 2 weeks.

I've only been taking this for three weeks, but I really do think it's working! I have pain in my right knee when I bend it, and it makes exercising very difficult. I couldn't do squats or lunges because my knee would hurt too bad. I started reading about the Glucosamine/Chondroitin combination and decided to try it. Last week, I started to notice a difference when I bent my knee in the normal course of the day--it didn't hurt like it used to. A few days ago, I actually tried to do some squats and lunges and was able to! I think I'll ease into those over the next few weeks, but so far I'm impressed!

I do a lot of walking at work, and the joint pain in my knees was making this more and more difficult. I started using this supplement and within two weeks noticed a difference. I am now able to move freely without pain. I hope never to be without this supplement.

I started taking this to see if it would help my knees. They seem to be painful a lot and creak when I bend them. After taking this product for about 1 week I could feel a difference. My knees were much less painful and it made walking and bending much easier for me.
