EverFlex® [Structural] offers the benefits of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and devil’s claw in one convenient tablet. Glucosamine helps maintain the integrity, lubrication and mobility of joints. Chondroitin promotes cartilage tissue generation and attracts fluid into the cartilage, making it more shock absorbent. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a form of biologically active sulfur that is found in the human diet. Sulfur is important to joint health for a wide variety of processes. Devil’s claw has long been used to relieve joint pain and has been shown to have anti-inflammatory activity.

My husband has degenerative discs in his back, and he is always suffering with pain (if only he would remember to take this every day). But when he does remember to take it, he doesn't suffer. This stuff is a miracle, and an amazing product. It gives him strength, and plenty of relief from the pain.

My joint aches were so bad I started getting depressed. I took Paxil, but there was too much weight gain! I've been very active the last 11 years running, aerobics and yoga. I started taking this, and within six weeks I felt like a new woman. I could workout and still have some muscle soreness but nothing like I was feeling before I started taking it. I've been taking it now for four weeks, and I'm starting to feel like normal again. If you want glucosamine that really works, buy this product.
Haven't improved, but haven't worsened either!

I bought these after I injured my knee while running. I started running a lot and figured that I should take these to help my joints. After I injured myself I stopped running until it healed. I haven't hurt it again, but it's not like I saw major improvement once I started taking the pills.
Relief

My aunt has issues with arthritis in her knees. This combined with an msm cream that she rubbed on her joints helped her with standing at her job for hours on end. You have to take this long term to notice real healing, but definitely worth the pain relief she described to me.
