I have been in numerous auto accidents broken hip,colllar bones, etc. Without this I would have been addicted to pain pills by now. This is an amazing combination. It does not work over night it needs to get into your system first before it can do it's job.

Got a free sample of this in the mail from Costco, 30 day supply, I know it is not a very well known supplement and it really works. My husband and I both have joint issues and this is one of the best ones we have found.

This has really worked for me, my knee hurts less in just 3 days taking this. I only take 2 a day instead of the recommended 3 a day for the initial month. I have tried movefree joint and others and it did not work, but the Cosamin DS really worked.

After trying many different joint products, this is the one that works for me. You have to stick with it for more than a few weeks, so don't give up so quickly. I like the capsules - they are so much easier to swallow than the huge pills found with so many other formulas.
