Sweet relief

After years of football and youthful activity, I found myself with very sore joints, especially my knees. A store employee recommended this brand a year ago and after taking it for awhile, all I can say is I feel 15 years younger, or at least my knees do. How do I know this works? When I am too lazy to pick up a fresh supply and go 1 or 2 months without it, I can tell the difference. I highly recommend this.

I started taking this when my mom told me she had actually noticed a difference after taking it for a couple months. So I bought some, and started taking it every day. I didn't really notice anything. When I ran out, I kept forgetting to buy another bottle, and that's when I noticed it. After being off of it for a few weeks, my joints started to feel achy and tight. I got back on the regimen and my joints started to feel better. This is a great product for anyone who has bad joints.

After suffering a shoulder injury from over lifting, I took this for about a month and started to feel the difference in about 3 weeks. It definitely helps, and I believe it will help prevent injuries in the future since I feel like I have weak joints.
