I keep this anti-inflamatory spray onhand during cold months especially, as I have tendonitis in my shoulder and an inflamed rotator cuff, with bursitis and calcium deposits, all of which cause a great deal of pain, swelling, and tenderness from inflamation. | Glucosamine Sulfate 500 mg
TwinLab makes some nice products; however, they missed with this. I believe glucosamine combined with chondroitin sulfate is the only way to go. By teaming up, 1000 mg. of glucosamine and 500 mg. of chondroitin a day helped lubricate my joints for weightlifting, especially when going heavy. I found out the hard way, don't try glucosamine alone, but make sure chondroitin is the partner. Read More... |

A male friend who is an RN got me started taking this combination glucosamine supplement last year after he had heard me complain repeatedly about the pain and stiffness from an old knee injury. My knee has caused me problems for many years and I have tried many products for the pain and inflamation, but he felt this was more a long term treatment that would address the disease itself, most likely arthritis of the knee, and some weakening from osteoporosis, and not just disguise the symptoms.
