Super Glucosamine Complex 1000 mg

I love this product. My knees have always had problems, especially from my long days that I am always on my feet when I work. I found that my joints were the problem, and started to find a good way to help relieve my pain. Glucosamine was great because it felt like there was a lot less stress on my knees.


Worth the Price

An old shoulder injury kept preventing me from going through a full workout until I tried the Action Labs brand. I've taken other Glucosamine tablets and have not had the same results. I'll take a couple before the workout and be able to lift for over an hour with no joint irritation in my right shoulder, which is something I haven’t been able to do in years.

Glucosamine is a great product for those hoping to improve their joint health or hoping to prevent against future deterioration in joint health. While this is a good product, it is very expensive. There is much better value out there if you shop around. I would recommend Solgars brand.
