I have been taking the 500 mg Glucosamine product during the day for the past 6 months. I have had knee problems for a couple of years and walking stairs was a real problem. I started noticing a difference during the 3rd month, I stopped having aches after a day of endurance. Right now I am pain free and believe it is due to this product.

It is great. An old shoulder injury kept preventing me from going through a full workout until I tried the Action Labs brand. I've taken other glucosamine tablets and have not had the same results. I'll take a couple before the workout and be able to lift for over an hour with no joint irritation in my right shoulder. This is something I haven’t been able to do in years.
