Not effective, less value

My mother used this glucosamine product a year ago for a couple of months. Country Life is a pretty good brand when it comes to vitamins/dietary supplements, but not for glucosamine. This comes in wafers as opposed to simple capsules like other brands and 3 wafers must be taken a day, which my mother said was a pain. Also, it only contains 500mg of glucosamine - you can find 1,000~1,500mg ones elsewhere with 1 capsule a day dosage easily. Price was not that cheap either. Not recommended....
