I have tried everything there is to try for my joints and absolutely nothing has helped, until my father recommended this particular brand Dona. I have been taking it for about three months and already feeling the difference. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for arthritis relief!

The Glucosamine tablets are easy to take and have no noticeable side effects. I started to take this after I started having joint discomfort from doing squats. This has helped to take that way away and I am able to go much lower when I do squats and I don't feel as much pressure when I run. This is great for maintaining joint health.

This glucosamine sulfate has been very helpful to my lately aching joints. I have always had a problems with my joints after sitting for suspended periods of time. These glucosamine supplements have made an amazing difference. I no longer have problems with aches in my legs after sitting. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a problem with joint pains.
Helps Achy Joints

I underwent TMJ surgery for a displaced cartilage about 1 year ago and was having trouble with aching in my joint that just would not go away. As an extra step, my oral surgeon recommended that I try a maintenance dose of glucosamine to see if it may help my symptoms. I did not notice immediate results but after about a week or so I noticed that the aching seemed to improve. I have been taking for the past year and will continue to take to make sure I do not experience the same nagging aches again.
