This is a great brand and product that I used when I first started taking Glucosamine. I now take 1000mg pills but this is the way to start and if you workout, have arthritis, or run a lot then this is something you NEED to take. Glucosamine helps repair joints so if you workout or run a lot it will help you to not feel as sore and keep your joints strong.
Great supplment to keep bones strong

This stuff is great for keeping your bones healthy. When working out I would get pains in my wrist and arms. When telling a friend about it, he recommended taking Glucosamine to help take care of my bones, joints, and cartilage. I started using the product and my pain went away.
I recommended this product to my mother because she has arthritis. She said it did help out with the pain and discomfort.
