This product is a great way to speed up the healing process of your joints. Have a bum knee, trick elbow, twisted ankle, or bad shoulder? Try some Glucosamine.
I would recommend at least this 1000 mg product. The 500 mg would be better for people under 150 lbs.
I've used Vitamin Shoppe brand vitamins and supplements for several years and have always been pleased with their quality and prices.
Works but can be better...

I got this glucosamine sulfate product for my 62 year-old mother when it was on sale. After a month of taking it, it did its job of relieving her knew pain when walking up the stairs. However, it was not as effective as the other better known brands like Schiff or Natrol which I gave my mother later on. Also, my mother needed to take 2 capsules a day to see any effect. So, it only gets 3.5 on my scale.
