Works for me!

I've been a pretty active person for the majority of my life. After many years of using the stairmaster, elliptical trainers, car accidents, etc., I've developed some issues with my knees and my back. Since I've been using this product, my knee pain has improved tremendously. My back issues are what they are, but this product has helped with my overall health. Glucosamine is better as a team

TwinLab makes some nice products; however, they missed with this. I believe glucosamine combined with chondroitin sulfate is the only way to go. By teaming up, 1000 mg. of glucosamine and 500 mg. of chondroitin a day helped lubricate my joints for weightlifting, especially when going heavy. I found out the hard way, don't try glucosamine alone, but make sure chondroitin is the partner.
