An oral spray and no pill to swallow and upset my stomach. This is great news because I do have a lot of pain in both knees which is very uncomfortable. I do get around much better now and do things I enjoy which I couldn't do before. Thank you Liddle Lab for Anti-inflammatory Spray. I definitely will recommended to my friends.
Great Alternative to Pain Pills

I noticed after increasing my workout regimen that I was taking ibuprofen like candy and I was having some stomach upset from it, so I thought that I'd try out this alternative. It is an oral spray and while the cost may seem prohibitive at first, it's really a good deal for the money when you factor in the amount of uses in one bottle. After using this product, I think that it worked just as well or possibly even better than over the counter pain tablets and it doesn't have the awful smell associated with sports creams for the same purpose. I probably would not count on this product for every-day pain like arthritis or for very severe pain, but it worked for me and what I needed it for (slight nagging discomfort). I would recommend it.
Anti-Inflammatory

I still use this product, ever since I had my knee surgery, I was in pain constantly and was taking all kinds of narcotics to kill the pain. And one day my doctor tells me "Lee no inflammation no pain". At first I didn't believe him. But shortly after trying it I started taking fewer and fewer pain-pills.
And now if I over do it, get carried away and re-injure my knee I just use the Anti-inflammatory spray and before long I am back at it. If not for this spray, I think I would still be using all of those narcotics.

I used this after I had surgery on my knee, and it helped reduce the swelling around the incision area a great deal. An added bonus was that it has no side effects whatsoever and can be used as much as needed. I was very grateful to have found this.
Helps A lot

I use this anti-inflammatory spray mostly when I work out.
My knees don't seem to be as strong as they used to be and I find this really helps.
I take a couple of sprays before using my treadmill and I'm OK, no discomfort at all.
My husband uses this as well but he waits until after he is in pain, he'll never learn. He finds it helps too.
Does ease joint and tendon pain

This product works reasonably well for inflammation and mild to moderate discomfort due to injuries or over use of joints or muscles. I used it regularly for more than a month from the swelling and pain from a torn tendon in my chest and found that it did bring relief from the ache when bending over or stretching the tendon during normal use and seemed to aid somewhat in reducing healing time. Since it's a natural product in spray form, it had no side effects and is beneficial for most minor injuries or swollen joints from pulled muscles or inflamed joints from arthritis. If you prefer not to take OTC pain killers or prescription drugs, and don't like the smell or reliability of sports gels or rubs, this spray is a fine alternative for temporary relief for those who must stay alert and still remain active.
Excellent Product

Easy to use and effective. This oral spray is a convenient format for relief. It is easy to carry with you so that you use it as recommended. I have arthritic pain in my knees, and this aids me tremendously. I have to do a lot of walking at work and this keeps me able to do so. Heartily recommended.
Excellent Relief pain and inflamation from bursitis/ tendonitis

I keep this anti-inflamatory spray onhand during cold months especially, as I have tendonitis in my shoulder and an inflamed rotator cuff, with bursitis and calcium deposits, all of which cause a great deal of pain, swelling, and tenderness from inflamation. Having also psoriatic arthritis in my right knee, I find that the spray brings some much needed relief, especially at night. I have my son spray the bursa area behind my shouder and then I spray my knee and the front shoulder and collar bone area before going to bed. Along with NSAIDS, this product eases the suffering that normally keeps me awake most nights in colder weather. I like that it's an external product, but not sticky at all, nor with that obvious "old person with rheumatiz" smell that most products that are applied onto the skin usually leave. This product does not just offer a numbing fake external relief but seems to remove some of the heat and swelling from inflamation, as well as helping ease the pain. Does not seem to irritate my usually very sensitvie skin so I feel even the elderly could benefit from this product for arthritis and other associated inflamatory conditions and would also be excellent for younger people to help with the pain and swelling from temporary sports injuries while healing.
