Great Productby Steve
I'm no great sportsperson but love competing & keeping fit. But now being middle-aged the onset of muscle soreness comes on a lot easier. Taking sport has significantly reduced that muscle soreness allowing me to get back out & do what I enjoy. The proof for me is when I run out & the soreness comes back. I have been using sport for about 5 years now, I am not a pusher of products and a huge skeptic of anything out there promising quick fixes. After using sport, I have become a true believer. I play on 5 softball teams every year. you can imagine the work-out I get for spring training and tournaments...since using sport I have been the only able to walk without pain the next few days after very strenuous practice games. This is an excellent product. My daughter and husband both use this product after excercise. My husband uses it after dirt bike racing as well. They say it helps in the recovery process. This is a must have product in their eyes. I make sure I have plenty on hand.
