Works Fine

I'd heard of and used MSM for joints before, with some success, but I'd never heard of it for the face. It did seem to help some with the inflammation. I don't necessarily know if it would prevent future breakouts, but I think it's good for getting the inflammation down. I would recommend it to others.


Great for skin conditions

I had always heard of oral MSM supplements for joint problems, but then read that it's also helpful for acne. Like many women, I was plagued with monthly breakouts. Already using an MSM supplement along with some topical acne products, I decided it wouldn't hurt to also include MSM topically.
It did make a difference. Apparently MSM is not just for joint problems, it's also effective to reduce skin inflammation. As everyone knows when your skin is red and inflamed it only makes any existing acne worse. This product is not advertised specifically for inflammation caused by acne or from topical acne treatments, but it works for those problems as well.
