My new ibuprofen

I have occasional Lupis flareups, and this product has helped me to sleep at night. 1000 mg of MSM is equal to 100 mg of ibuprofen.


Not just for people

Two years ago my German Shepherd's spine started to fuse... We didn't know exactly what to do, but we knew we had to help his joints, so we started him on MSM every morning with his food. That dog had an extra two years of mobility (although of course it declined, but slower than we expected) and we only had to put him down on 1/13/07. I started taking MSM shortly before he left us, because I want to keep my joints in the best shape possible!
