FYI Restore has worked wonders for me. It has greatly reduced my overall pain from arthritis. It does take a month or two to work. I took 2 - 3 a day.

FYI Restore is an effective product but it takes its time to completely heal. My brother used this product when he had a muscle tear. It healed up really nice with no noticeable side affects. All he had to do is take one capsule a day for faster and better healing.
