I have been taking Zyflamend for over a year. I have felt a definite decrease in my osteoarthritis symptoms. The pain in my lower back and neck is hardly noticable most of the time. I have an overall feel good result from using this product. I take it with breakfast and it helps with that morning stiffness. I will continue to use and recommend this product.
