Helped With the Pain

My knees and ankles have always been bad. I'm not sure if it's a genetic thing. I love playing sports and my joints always get me down. One of my friends suggested I take this supplement a few months ago. Since I started taking it, my joints have felt better. I don't think it's a placebo effect because my joints really do feel like they're better lubricated and more mobile. However, after using it for a month or so, the pain started coming back. Turns out I had a meniscal tear so that's part of why the pain came back. I've been taking it every now and then just to make sure I have enough chondroitin sulfate to help with my cartilage.
Not enough to counteract TMJ

I have tried many joint supplements, especially after being diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis in my left jaw joint & 2 failed surgeries on it. I tried this for 2 months, and not that I don't think it would help more minor problems, just in my case, the severity of the condition outweighs what chondroitin can help.
Weak Knees

Convenience in a Capsule

This product was recommended to my mother specifically by her orthopedist following injections for her arthritic knees. She finds it works better than the different brands of glucosamine/chondroitin she'd been taking for about a year on advice of her regular doctor. Taking two capsules a day after a few months (rather than three)is a true convenience and easier to remember in her schedule. The capsules are very easy to swallow.
